There are a lot of reasons for that, really.
Photography is my day job, now, so I'm doing a lot less of it in my fairly limited free time.
Opportunities to take cosplayer pictures at conventions are also somewhat more limited; the Orange County Convention Center isn't the most photogenic, haha. I have made it work, but generally just take a few pictures to have fun with my friends. I also just don't know of very many places I feel comfortable going to for photos here in FL, and it's harder to just go explore because traffic is a nightmare.
Cons have gotten more expensive, so I don't really get to go to any to just hang out and take pictures anymore; I only go to usually two a year, and it's usually with a lot I want to do. I also just don't have the energy I used to. Ah, me in my 20's, who went from 3:30 AM to 9:30 PM for four days in a row at NYCC every year, and somehow never got sick; I envy you. Did I mention the pandemic? There was also a global pandemic. Yikes.
Anyway, I am still trucking along! Bless OneBizarreMe Cosplay for always being game to take pictures! :) Other friends in Florida, I'm happy to take yours, too! Just too shy and afraid I'm not good enough to take some of your time.
Anyway, I hope y'all are doing well, and hope you like the latest additions to the collection!
